Return Policy

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Please contact our support team before sending your item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products

• Items purchased on sale or promotion

• Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us with photos of the product condition.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error.
